Terms of service

    Effective 2026

    Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AnonEdge website, dashboard, APIs, or any related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

    Description of Service

The Service includes access to our website, user accounts, proxy services, plans, dashboards, APIs, and related features, including software, data, text, images, and other content made available by AnonEdge (collectively, “Content”). New features released by AnonEdge are also subject to these Terms.

Availability may be affected by planned maintenance (with notice where feasible) and events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, network or infrastructure failures, or force majeure events.

    Data Privacy and Security

We maintain appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data. Transport-layer encryption is used where applicable. For more on how we collect and use data, please see our Privacy Policy.

    User Accounts

    • You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
    • You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
    • We may track activity and retain security logs to protect our platform, improve reliability, and investigate abuse.

    Regulated Proxy Usage

Proxies must be used only for legitimate, lawful purposes (e.g., web data collection in compliance with applicable laws, ad verification, brand protection). You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with all laws and third‑party terms.

    Service Rules

You agree not to engage in any of the following:

    • Illegal activities, including hacking, malware distribution, DDoS, spamming, phishing, ad/click fraud.
    • Unauthorized data collection or scraping of sensitive, non‑public personal data.
    • Attempting to bypass technical or security protections, overwhelm infrastructure, or disrupt the Service.
    • Reselling or redistributing the Service without written permission.

We may restrict or disable features at our discretion to protect service integrity if circumvention is detected.

    Content Restrictions and Site Blocking

AnonEdge may block access to certain content or destinations (e.g., harmful domains) at our discretion to maintain platform safety and compliance.

    Billing and Payments

    • Subscriptions may renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
    • Payments are processed by trusted third parties; payment processing fees may apply and are your responsibility.
    • We may suspend or terminate accounts for payment fraud, chargebacks, or abuse.

Refunds and money‑back guarantees, if any, are described in our Refund Policy (see below) and may exclude certain payment methods such as cryptocurrency.

    Refund Policy

Where offered, any introductory money‑back guarantee applies only to first‑time eligible purchases as detailed on our website. Abuse of refunds (e.g., cycling accounts) may result in denial of refunds and account action.

    Refusal of Service; Restricted Regions

We may refuse, suspend, or terminate Service at our discretion. Due to regulatory reasons, access may be restricted in certain countries or regions.

    • Cuba
    • Iran
    • North Korea
    • Syria
    • Ukraine (Crimea and certain occupied regions)
    • Russian Federation
    • Belarus

    Account Blocking; Third‑Party Platforms

We cannot guarantee access to any third‑party platform. If your account on a third‑party platform is restricted or blocked, that is governed by that platform’s policies. Using proxies may violate some platforms’ terms; you assume that risk.

Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify the Service and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

    Disclaimers; Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnonEdge disclaims all implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

In no event will AnonEdge’s total liability exceed the amounts you paid to AnonEdge for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
